Refund Policy

Refund and Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item they ordered. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and providing their own label unless in case of item defect. In which case Batty Electronics will provide a shipping label to the customer for return. Refunds will be provided within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

Batty Electronics reserves the right to deduct a percentage off of refunds for damage caused by customers or for shipping costs if needed.

We also hold the right to withhold refunds if the item returned is not the same item that was shipped, as indicated by serial numbers.
